I would like to tell you that you are not suffering from any disease. This is a normal thing which you are experiencing.
Seeing sensual dreams and getting discharge is a normal reaction of our body.
There is normally an erection for 100minutes (in total) during one night sleep of 6-8 hours. When we get fully aroused due to a sensual dream, the semen (white fluid) is discharged form penis. We might not appreciate this while sleeping but this is normal.
So you dont need to worry.
