What Causes Night Sweats, Chills And Lack Of Appetite?

I have been experiencing periods of chills during the day and then night sweats where I am soaking wet. Over the past few days I have noticed red raised bumps coming up randomly on only on mainly on my torso, but also a portion of my upper arms. I have also been experiencing insomnia and lack of appetite.
