Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi.

I understand your concern.

Relax and it is normal.

Sleep has two phase. 1. REM sleep and NREM sleep.

In REM sleep it is physiological phenomena to lose all muscular control like total paralysis.

On aweking while in this phase you do not able to move your body due to this phenomena and it will last for few minutes.

No need to do any extra intervention.

If you have anxiety then consult psychiatrist for detail advise. Read about this sleep phase on net.

I hope I have answered your question. Thank you.
