Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi, thank you for using health care magic.
I can understand your concern.
As you said you are suffering from negative thoughts, you also reported quicker heart beat.
Do you feel apprehension about some negative thing going to happen?
If this is not a recurring thing then not to much of concern but if this is recurring then consult psychiatrist. Most probable cause of recurring symptoms could be anxiety disorder or depression. A detail psychiatric interview is needed for proper diagnosis. Need to undergo some blood test like thyroid function, vitamin B12 level , hemoglobin level .
Hope this will help you.
Regards.
