What Causes Needle Like Pain In The Penis?

Hello Sir I m 25 yrs old male and for past 3 months I m having pain in my penis in urethra actually. When I pee it pains a lot like acid is coming out and like needles are being pricked on my penis and also it s highly difficult to control urine. Almost always my penis remains warmer than normal and also problems are occurring in erection.I went to doctor and I m on meds for past 8 days, I must say there s 50% relief but the problem still persists and the problem isn t completely eliminating. The meds that the doctor prescribed are Vizylac, Doxycycline and Lactic Acid Bacillus Capsules and Azee. My 10 days course is going to end but I m afraid my problem would stay and not get eliminated. Please help.
