What Causes Neck Pain?

I ve had this pain in my left side of my neck. Had a sonogram of my carodit artery. Nothing was found then had a sonogram and blood work for my thyroid. Thyroid fine. Dentist said nothing in X-ray, had a cat scan done of lower head and neck with and without contrast. Waiting for results

Most probably it is due to conditions like cervical spondylitis.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
