Hello, I woke up this morning with a sharp upper pain in my neck on the right side. When I stood up 2 get dressed, my vision became unlear and I had a ringing in my ears, and I had lost the mobility of my arms and legs for at least close to 20 minutes. I tried 2 stand but kept falling down, could I have slept the wrong way, possible whiplash or what? This has been the first time this has happened to me, I'm 21 years old, and I weigh 156 or 157 lbs. My height is like 5 "6". I just hope whatever happened to me this morning is nothing serious.
