Hi,

As per your history and signs, you are suffering from severe muscle spasm or muscle cramp mostly the involved muscles are trapezius and digastric muscle.

You need to take medication like muscle relaxants and painkiller for two to three days and also take rest and avoid anything heavy to carry on your head.

Take a good amount of Luke warm water as dink and also maintain a proper room temperature. For soothing effect and pain relief, you may also have hot sponge on the painful tender area.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
