What Causes Neck Pain, Scalp Tightness, Sore Throat And Running Nose?
I HAVE HAD NECK MUSCLE MILD PAIN AND DISCOMFORT FOR 4 MONTHS. OTHER SYMPTOMS INCLUDE TIGHTENING OF THE SCALP, PERIODIC FEELING OF SORE THROAT, AND SENSATION OF RUNNING NOSE. NECK PAIN IS FEEL UPON TURNING OF MY HEAD TO EITHER THE LEFT OR RIGHT. NECK X-RAY AND NECK ULTRA SOUND DID NOT SHOW ANY ABNORMALITIES.

Hi,
From history as all neck x-ray and ultra sound are normal there might be having possibility of having chronic sinusitis affecting occipital and maxillary sinuses.
Go for PNS (para nasal sinuses ) x-ray for infection or congestion in sinuses.
Take Vicks vapor inhalation.
Ok and take care.
