What Causes Neck Pain Along With Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

Looking for thoughts on what I might be dealing with: I have neck pain, I feel the bones click sometimes when I move, I also feel such pain I could jump through the ceiling at times. But I also get headaches and almost feel like I m going to be dizzy or nauseous. When I swallow it feels like it s tight. I m beginning to think I m nuts. I also think my TMJ is acting up lately. Thoughts on what I should think about? I m having an MRI Thursday - tried PT helped a little.

it maybe cervicalspondilosis. take neck color use hard bed. avoid pillow at bed time. warm phomantation over neck apply analgesic ointment like vol in. take tab combiflam twice after food. after getting report consult neurosurgeon and or tho paedic surgeon. proper diagnosis can be made after getting investigation report.
