What Causes Neck Pain After Gym Workout?
ok about a week ago took gym class w weights im 68 2 classe--intense all kinds of moves s a day later I felt my neck hurting side of ears then behind my ear mainly on right the boe feels sore to touch I put my head down then all way back turn side to side seems to help neck myleft ear doesn t hurt I take no meds only vit d fish oil multi I exercise just ha checkup said all is well now this I must say ive had sinus problems al winter any ideas shouldi go to an ent? dr
