Hi, I have read your query carefully. Glycomet is a drug which increases use of blood sugar/ deposited sugar(in form of fat) By increasing use of insulin. Thus it helps reduction of obesity. Nausea, tiredness are side effects of the drug. which disappear with a continuous use. For desired weight loss, it is needful to use up the energy produced by glucose derived from bady fat. So regular exercises, being active is contributory to weight loss. I hope, iI have answered your query. Thanks.
