What Causes Nausea With Fatigue And Pain In Legs And Stomach?

my friend a girl of age around 20 years is experiencing the following,

1. Feeling like vommitting while outside

2. Feeling tired and lethargic

3. Abit of pain in the legs and stomach

4. A bit of cough is also there.

Sir can you please advise some treatment?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

She has nausea, vomiting, feeling tired, stomach and leg pain as well as cough. These all symptoms are suggestive of some viral infection. She need to take plenty of water. For pain paracetamol can be used.

Check her complete blood count once and plan further accordingly.
