Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nausea accompanied by vomiting and diarrhea is suggestive of gastrointestinal infection.
A preceding history of bloody discharge and lower abdominal pain supports the presence of infection.
An antibiotic to control the infection and anti-emetic to control the vomiting are required.
At the same time dehydration has to be prevented by taking fluids in the form of ORS solution, soups, juices etc.
Diet should include light food items only. Fatty and heavy food should be avoided.
Stool examination may be done before starting drugs to look for evidence of infection.
A clinical assessment of peri-anal region is required to look for presence of hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids are managed on the basis of clinical features like site of hemorrhoids and severity of bleeding.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of suitable drugs.

Thanks and take care
