What Causes Nausea , Vomiting And Headache?
i started getting sick on saturday and was drained and felt like throwing up a lot, then i started getting a terrible headache. then the next day it had worsen and i started getting too cold then too hot back and forth and then i couldnt stand or walk and my eyesite got really blurry , then my neck i couldnt even move it without crying i tried so many things to help but nothing worked and then 2 days later it got a little better but still hurts at times now i still feel like throwing up sometimes and my headache is gone but the back of my neck still kinda hurts and i can walk now but it feels weird but my eyesight is still blurry what is wrong?

Noted you have headache, vomiting with neck rigidity.
According to my opinion if fever present it could be meningitis like condition.
CSF examination or CT or MRI done for it, that might also suggest some organic cause if present.Antibiotic started prophylactically.
So kindly visit your near by clinic for that.
Doctor will examine you for positive kernig sign and neck rigidity.
If still all comes OK then it could be by simple acute viral infection...Treat it symptomatically.
Meanwhile For headache paracetamol can taken and for vomitting you can take domperidone.
