What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Dizziness Despite A Normal EKG Report?

Hi. I woke up a bit nauseous and vomited a bit of stomach acid this morning. Then driving to work I startd to tingle, get tunnel vision and very dizzy. Got to a gas station parking lot, got inside and fainted. never fainted in my life. doc did EKG and blood tests and was sent home. Have to go to work tomorrow but scared it will happen again.
