What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Diarrhea?
I woke up on Saturday with nausea and vomiting. It worsened as the day went on. I was having nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea which last the entire day on Saturday and Sunday. I had body aches and cramping in legs and feet. I was hot and cold and would break out in a sweat for no reason. It is now Monday and I am still nauseated and weak. I have tried to eat crackers but it makes me feel worse. I have tried getting fluids in but not much up to this point. The diarrhea seems to have stopped and the cramping has stopped. The nausea and tiredness continues.

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms of diarrhea with abdomen cramp may be due to infection and the most probable cause this would be protozoa infection, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, I would advise you to wait for few days before taking medicine because it can be self limiting condition, hope this information helps.
