What Causes Nausea , Vomiting And Constipation?

For the last two months I have had bouts of nausea, vomiting,excessive belching and constipation, two enemas produced very little results pain in right side under ribs . I have been to the ER once vomiting blood and md this is the 6th bought of this . What could be wrong

With these repeated situatvions you should go on upper and lower digestive endoscopy, I think. Then you and your doctor and me too, all will be more clear in diagnosis and treatment.
