What Causes Nausea, Tenderness And Echoing In Ears?

Last night I threw up and all day today I have felt funny. My ears feel like they need to pop but the are not. Also, my lymph nodes behind my ears are tender and any audio I listen to sounds like there is an echo. My boyfriend doesn t hear the echo. Should I be concerned?

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
Vomiting through out the day changes in the milieu of the pharynx and structures connected with it. The inflammation has traveled from the Eustachian Tube to the middle ear to cause Otitis Media.
The fluid in this cavity causes echo. The lymph nodes also get tender secondary to such infections
