What Causes Nausea, Pain In The Left Shoulder Blade And Heart Palpitations?

Im wondering if I am having a heart attack. I have been nauseated and vomiting tonight, have a racing heart but my blood pressure is 126/76. I started to have a pain in my left shoulder blade, but it seems to have gone now. I was so cold and couldn t seem to get warm. Should I chew up a 325 mg aspirin?

Hello!
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. According your symptoms it is better to exclude an heart attack because this is an emergency situation and after to search for other reasons like a viral infection. You must talk with a cardiologist doing an physical examination, EKG and lab tests ( CK, CK-MB, troponin). Yes , if I was your doctor I will tell you that is better chew up a 325 mg aspirin in this moment.
I hope my answer help you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
