my friend has been constantly exhausted, no amount of sleep or rest seems to help. She also has shortness of breathe, trouble concentrating, nausea, dizziness, joint pain, her blood pressure is very low though her pulse over a hundred and she feels like her heart is beating out of her chest and problem with her eyesight. her primary did only blood work for her thyroid and that came back normal and referred her to a cardiologist.
