What Causes Nausea, High Fever And Loss Of Appetite In Children?

Hello. This is the second day my daughter has had a moderate fever, the highest point being today at 102 degrees. It goes away with children s tylenol. There are no other obvious symptoms, other than nausea yesterday and that she doesn t have a normal appetite. Her sickness developed on Monday after school and on Sunday she was playing in the pool with her cousins, who I had found out were just getting over a sickness. Just a concerned mom. Is this normal ? When should be concerned and take her to a doctor or the hospital?

HI
Well come to HCM
No this is not normal but this could be viral infection and it may take some time to come around some time it may cause some secondary infection, one need to be careful for hydration and secondary infection and patient need to be clinically observed frequently, hope this information helps, take care.
