What Causes Nausea , Fatigue And Loss Of Appetite?

my dr said i have a virus. symptoms were nausea, extreme fatigue and zero appetitite. at first given amoxiciilin, then acetemyicin, then predinisone. i am not on any meds now. feel a little better, nausea gone, appetite is better but still very fatugued. all tests came back negative. it been over 2 weeks now- thought i d be better by now- am i being too impatient? shouldn t i be over this by now? also, would you recommend a cat scan of abdomen? I do not have abdominal pain or discomfert- just the fatigue at this point

I would rather advise to go for liver function test. It seems to a viral illness. Fatigue remains for a period of a week or two. If it continues, then investigation should be carried out. I think there is no need of a CT scan, if abdominal symptoms are not present.
