As both of you are minors, it is suggested that you always have protected sex and educate yourselves about healthy sexual practices. The nausea is not exactly due to pregnancy but if you have had unprotected sex in the past and she has missed her periods then it is time to do a pregnancy test for her. If not then the sex session itself might have stressed her out and caused tiredness and nausea.
