What Causes Nausea, Dry Cough, Shoulder Pain And Swollen Ankles?

im a 34 year old recovered amphetemine user and im having some problems. last night i felt nausous off and on, im having a dry cough, my chest felt tight all the way through to my back, my upper back between my shoulder blades has hurt continously for a few weeks, and when i got home from work my feet and ankles were swollen to the point of being slightly painful. whats wrong with me?

your chest and back pain is associated with the dry cough.regarding your swelling keep your legs elevated above your heart level while lying , also you can dip them in Luke warm water with epsom salts in it
