What Causes Nausea, Dizziness, Sweating And Heart Palpitations?

I had an episode this afternoon. I felt nause ated, dizzy, sweating my heart was racing, I felt I was in a fog and then I passed out. I could not put enough ice packs on to cool off fast enough or drink enough cold water. Then after a few minutes I was too cold

Hi, dizziness, sweating,palpitations, could be a reason of hypoglycemia (low sugar), hyperthyroidism and anemia. so, it would be better to go for complete blood count, thyroid profile.
