What Causes Nausea, Bloating And Discomfort In The Morning?

hi i feel sick in the mornings and i feel like i am going to vomit but i dont its just a feeling and i felt very hot and almost as if i was feeling claustrophobic, my stomach was blotted, my stool is some what liquid, and it also feels like its hard to breath or something? i thought it was acid refulx but i have no burning feeling, but i feel my stomach is very hard and blotted and its been like this for 2 weeks what should i do what do u think it is? i am taking acid blocker meds but they are not really helping like pentaloc
