What Causes Nausea And Vomiting After Taking Thyroid Medication?
Hi Doctor, My mother is 81 years old. She is on Thyroid hormone replacement medication and diabetic medication for many years. Recently she would vomit once in a while. Early thus morning she burp and then vomitted water. No fiid as she had not consume any food. No fever no nausea reported. Appreciate your advice what may be the cause ? Thank you. Regards, Loh

is her hypothyroidism controlled with this dose? sometimes even severe hypothyroidism also causes vomiting and even supplement could cause it please let her take small frequent meals and if she still vomits start her on emeset 4mg daily before food for a week hopefully she should respond
