Hello,
Looking at those medications it seems you aren't getting any treatment for
headaches at all, both those substances are given for stomach issues.
They do not help with a headache, as for
nausea it is a common associate of headaches.
If you have chronic migraines as you say for along time it is not uncommon for headaches to become chronic over time.
It is important to be regularly followed by a
neurologist as preventive medication may be necessary with regular follow-up visits.
There are many options like antidepressants, anticonvulsants, antihypertensives etc, but in order to make decisions much more information regarding headache characteristics, evolution in time tried medications is necessary.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Olsi Taka, Neurologist
