What Causes Nausea And Stomach Ache?
I ve been nauseous on and off since Saturday with mild stomach pain. Just recovering from Sinus infection & bronchitis with asthma. Doctor thought maybe IBS and referred me to gastroenterologist yesterday when I was feeling better. Uncomfortable with these symptoms now all night

I understand your concern.
Nausea and stomach ache you have on and off are due to GI tract issues. I agree you should see GI specialist.
A good physical examination is required together with:
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy
We should exclude organic diagnosis first before admitting it is due to IBS.
For the moment, I can advise to take spasmex, and anti-nausea med (e.g.Zofran or Dramamine).
