Hi I have been experiencing a pain and nauseating feeling for over a month in my upper stomach area. I went to my GP who tested for Heli -p and it was negative. I am waiting for some blood tests to come back at the minute that was taken a couple of days ago. My symptoms are Constant hunger pain sickness feeling in my upper stomach through out the day that also wakes me during the night. I am not constipated and having solid motions but at times can go the toilet and have unexpected diarrhea. I don t have diarrhea pain coming from the lower part of my stomach either. I have constant burping which I find strange as I don t suffer with burping at all. I am still eating but not really hungry because of this, however still eating at expected times and not finishing all food as feel full. Do you have any idea what this could be ?
