What Causes Nausea And Loss Of Appetite Post Depo Shot?

hi i got the depo for the frist time and after awhile i was feeling tired so after the new year i got a blood test and every thing was normal and the same day i got another depo and im feeling nause and anything i eat it goes down and after awhile i feeling sick again and the smell of food is turning me off i dont know if im prrgrnt

Understand your concern
Please note that depot shot contain synthetic progesterone and following are the common side effects depot shot:

gastrointestinal disturbances
nausea, vomiting, changes in or loss of libido,
abdominal discomfort,
headaches, nervousness,
depression and mental changes,
vaginal discharge,
lactation,
dysmenorrhoea,
breakthrough bleeding.

So i think it is a side effects of Depot shots as you are using for first time.
It will goes with in 2-4 weeks.
You can check pregnancy by urinary HCg kit method after 7-10 days of missed period , if you had unprotected sexual intercourse.

If not resolves, you should consult the doctor and do the following tests:
Hormonal profile: E2, Progestreone, FSH, LH, Prolactin, HCG, Thyroid hormone profile.
USG abdomen
Endometrium biopsy
Ovarian follicle study
