I have noted your daughter's symptoms. They are suggestive of
migraine.
Migraine can occur in children, when it is called as paediatric migraine. Headache and nausea can be explained on the basis of migraine.
Since she has frequent episodes of headache, she would require preventive medications.
Good options include
propranolol,
flunarizine and
cyproheptadine. These medicines would reduce the severity and frequency of
headaches.
