General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Getting nauseous every night for a 7 year old child could be due to gastrointestinal problem:
- intestinal parasites (stool examination for ova/parasites recommended)
- occult appendicitis

Frequent urination during night could be due to anxiety, drinking lots of fluids at night or urinary tract infection (UTI). Urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound are further suggested to rule out UTI first. Advise not to drink fluids at night before bedtime.

Hope this helps.
