fatigue, sore breasts, joint pain to
anxiety and
depression occurring within two weeks from the last day of a period flow.
This is entirely normal and you would get relief by employing the following.
1. Take over-the-counter pain medications and period drugs such as midol
2. Take antianxiety medications
3. Schedule an exercise plan
4. Go for a relaxing massage
5. Healthy diet rich in whole grains, legumes such as beans, fruits, and vegetables.
6. If the psychological symptoms are very severe, please visit a
psychologist whose job is to help you get through psychological symptoms.
