Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you have had periods recently then there is very little or no chance for you to get pregnant within 3 days. Nausea can be due to menses. Take good amount of fluids. Eat jaggery with peanuts daily to make sure you have good iron and protein supplement. If your symptoms worsen and you throw up then do see a doctor, to rule out other causes. Don't worry you will be fine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suhas Chauhan
