What Causes Nausea And Fatigue After A Concussion?

Hi I recently suffered a concussion about 7 weeks ago. I'm still having really bad migraines and more nose bleeds than normal. I've had 5 or 6 over the course of the past 3 weeks. Lately I have been very nauseous, tired, and body aches. Any ideas for this reasoning?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
From your description is sounds like you have had a severe closed head trauma. I recommend that you seek medical attention by someone who is familiar with closed head trauma. You may need additional testing and imaging to determine the extent of your brain injuries. Until then I highly recommend you stop all sports.
