General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read the history and understood your concerns.
Ovarian cyst of 5.6 sm is large enough to cause torsion or sudden distension to cause nausea and pain in pelvic area.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Clinical examination by a Gynecologist or a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and a color doppler for the arterial supply and venous drainage can tell the probable diagnosis of torsion or twisting around its own axis and thus get operated urgently if present.
If these reports are normal then we will have to find other reasons for the symptoms.
Get tests of blood, stool and urine.
Further investigations as needed and review again by a General Surgeon to get a proper diagnosis and treat you accordingly.
