What Causes Nausea And Dizziness While On Spironolactone?
My daughter, age 28, started taking Spironolactone yesterday for fluid retention. She felt awful at work today, nauseated, dizzy, out of it. Now she has a splitting headache; the worst one of her life. Feels like pressure, like her skull will explode. Tearful and fearful. Does she need to go the ER?
