What Causes Nausea And Dizziness Along With Excessive Sweating?

Last night i was feeling very light headed, nauseaous, had dizinness, sweaty ,cold & hot. When in bed i moved my head to the left side i feel the room was spinning. This kept on happening till late this morning but still my head feels tender. What could be wrong with me? Please advise.

Hello welcome to the health care magic

It seems to be one of the Otological cause leading this presentation...

It can be otitis media, Labyrinthitis, Menier disease etc like causes

Your Otoscopy ear examination should be done and PTA done If needed

After examination cause can be clear and if it is Labyrinthitis than physiotherapy and antihistaminic drug can be prescribed

For dizziness betahistine or promethazine will be prescribed

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and further work up accordingly
