What Causes Nausea And Burning Sensation In Eyes After A Head Injury?
i sat in the back of our family vehicle, my husband was driving and sped over a road bump accidentally, i hit the back of my head behind my right ear on the door and now my neck hurts, my eyes feel like its burning, the lights hurt my eyes, i can t wear my glasses because it makes me more nauseated, and i get harsh headaches in the back of my head in different areas. is this serious?

Please get an x-ray done of the neck region. X-ray cervical spine (Ap & Lateral View). Please take good analgesics and sufficient rest for one week to ten days. Don't expose yourself to light directly for a few days you will be alright soon.
