What Causes Nausea And Burning In Eyes After Eating Food?

Hi well I have a question lAtely i eat and I get nauseous my skin is very paled my eyes start burnin all of a sudden my face is very hot and I start shaking sometimes my heart starts hurting and my head does too idk if I should worry or not I want to know if I'm ok or not
