I have become increasingly incontinent. I feel nauseated in the morning particularly (have moderate reflux) I have begun to flush (red face) and I feel like my head is going to burst sometimes. I have mild breathlessness. I have had two laminectomies and have an old fractured right ankle. Both have caused some arthritis and are painful. Should be walking for my back but my ankle dosnt like me walking. I cannot walk up hills because of pain and breathlessness. I am overweight and could happily lose a couple of stones.
