Urologist 's  Response
Hi.
The description given by u fits into the diagnosis of renal or ureteric stone with renal infection.
Kindly get ultrasound KUB done to rule out the stone disease.
Also get her admitted under urology care so that injectable antibiotics and pain killers and paracetamol may be given.
She may also need intervention like DJ stenting or surgery.
kindly follow up reports.
