What Causes Nausea Along With Vomiting And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have been experiencing nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain for at least 2 months or so. My period has become more irregular during this time, I.e. Last month it was two days late this month it has yet to come on when it was supposedly to. The abdominal pain is moderate to severe and was near my belly button at first but is now on my lower right side.

You may have contracted a Pelvic inflammatory disease, a common infection of the Fallopian tubes and Ovaries on one side[Adnexa]. If you have pain on touching or pressing that side of the abdomen it confirms the diagnosis. In my center we are prescribing Ciprofloxacin and Flagyl for this complaint for 7-10 days. Hurry up and get their prescription from your GP or Gynecologist.
