What Causes Nausea Along With Syncope And Slurred Speech?

My daughter age 16 has been experiencing, Nausea, HA, Tachycardia, syncope. When she comes around she has slurred speech and left sided weakness. 3 episodes happened at school one caught on video. The school nurse stated her pupils where jumping and left side twitching during the last episode. Neurology is saying no seizures because none has been caught on EEG. Any suggestions

kindly check eeg,ecg, echo, sodium , potassium, sugar, Hb,ANA, mri or ctscan
check postural hypotension, tsh etc.
if all test negative than first to rule out migrane which can cause recurrent headache with nerological deficit.
kindly provide complete history including headache and if req. do all investigation .
