What Causes Nausea Along With Fatigue?

I have been feeling nauseated, faint, tired almost daily for approximately two weeks. I recently had big toe surgery and my husband thinks it s because I have been over doing it so soon after surgery . I am a 69 yr. old female in good health ( other than arthritis issues). I fainted in the doctor s office last week when I went in for a dressing change; blood pressure was 83/64 supine. What do you think it might be?

1. Gastroenteritis.
2. Food poisoning.
3. Hepatitis A.
4. Drug overdose.
5. Viral syndrome.
6. Bacterial pneumonia.
7. Urinary tract infection.
