What Causes Nausea Along With Fatigue And Fever?

Hii doctor .. I m a dentist .. since two days ago I feel like a nausia & sever fatigue after that there is fever .. second day i found sever generalized gingival enlargement and like sub mandibular lymph node swelling ... I suggested it s tonsillitis and took antibtiotic for gram negative bacteria & antiinflammatory & anti pyretic .. now the fever is treated .. but the gingiva still enlarged and still there is sub mand. Lymph node swelling .. can u help me what s the correct diagnosis !!!

There are many reasons for gingival enlargement like infection, hormonal changes, pregnancy, even some drug may cause gingival enlargement.
As you mentioned there is submandibular lymph node enlargement it might be infection. I suggest you to take a consultation from an ENT surgeon for further diagnostic management.
