What Causes Nausea Along With Appetite Loss And Low Grade Fever?

My daughter is 16 and experiencing some stomach problems. She is experiencing nausea, lack of appetite, low grade fever, lethargy, and increased nausea when she eats. He white blood cell count, and blood tests came back normal. Any ideas what could be causing this? She lost 10 lbs in one week and it is becoming a very big concern for me.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It may be a simple viral fever. As of now you can take analgesics like acetaminophen and drink plenty of water. Nothing much to worry and you will be fine in a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
