General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation your son is facing.

Feeling nausea a little after eating and vomiting bright green is indicative for cholecyst problems. Actually, the bright green vomit is bile.

I advise to consult with GI specialist and run further examinations to determine the right cause and specific treatment:
- abdominal ultrasound
- liver function test
- upper endoscopy to rule out stomach issues (like gastritis, or GERD).

With regards to urinating problems he is facing, it might be due to urinary tract infection (UTI). I advise to:
- run urine analysis and urine culture and sensitivity testing to rule it out
- abdominal ultrasound will also evaluate his urinary tract condition

Apart cranberry, he might need a course of antibiotics to eradicate infection.

If he is uncircumcised, I advise to discuss with urologist to decide for circumcision.

All the best!
